Probable Cause
On March 2, 2026, at approximately 0504 hours, Minneapolis Police Officers responded to a burglary report on the three hundred block of Lyndale Avenue South, Minneapolis, Hennepin County. The reporting party, N. O., stated that on surveillance at approximately 0453 hours, she observed her detached garage was broken into by two suspects. Two mopeds valued at $6,000, a utility wagon valued at $100, and a grill valued at $100, were stolen. At 1910 hours, SEYDINA MOUHAMED NGOM, Defendant herein, was arrested for an unrelated offense.
The Defendant was driving the stolen moped. The Defendant was found to match the surveillance video of the garage burglary a few hours earlier and was wearing the same red hooded sweatshirt, a black jacket with white reflective letters across the back and a dark pair of pants with reflective lettering on the left leg. The Defendant is out of custody.
