On March 16, 2026, at approximately 2:58am, Officer Timmons from the Lino Lakes Police Department took a report from A. C. A. Regarding harassment by her ex-boyfriend, JAMARR IVORY SANDERS [DOB REDACTED], Defendant herein. A. C. A. Was previously involved in an open but intimate relationship with the Defendant. At the time of the report, A. C. A. Was on vacation in California. She reported that the Defendant had been calling her and sending her unwanted messages repeatedly since March 13, 2026. She said she received over 80 calls from various numbers and locations, which she believed to be from the Defendant.

She said the Defendant was upset about their recent breakup and that she was dating another man, N. H. V. She said the Defendant was calling her names, sending rude and inappropriate messages, and threatening to call CPS. She said she knew the messages were from the Defendant because they included detailed information about her life that he would know. She also said he threatened to give her current address to her abusive ex-fiancé. Around 3:37am, A. C. A. Called again and said that the Defendant had sent her screenshots of a private image in which her face was visible.

She said that the screenshots were taken from a video of her performing oral sex on the Defendant. Later that day, Sgt. Hamann met with J. W., who was friends with A. C. A. And lived in the same apartment building as her at [ADDRESS REDACTED] in Lino Lakes, Anoka County, MN. He reported that the Defendant was sending him and others messages with derogatory comments about him and A. C. A. Sgt Owens followed up with A. C. A. Later that day. She confirmed her previous statements to Officer Timmons and expressed concern that Defendant had shared her address with her abusive ex-fiancé, making her afraid to go home.

She also mentioned that N. H. V. Had been receiving nonstop messages from Defendant, which N. H. V. Confirmed. Defendant sent N. H. V. A message that said, "How does my dick taste lol." Defendant then sent him two images and a video. The images depict A. C. A. With Defendant's erect penis in her mouth. The video, which is 14 seconds long, shows her performing oral sex on the Defendant. Her face is clearly visible and identifiable in the video. Defendant sent the same images to A. C. A. A. C. A. Shared with Sgt Owens the numerous messages that Defendant had sent her.

In them, the Defendant repeatedly threatens her, tells her not to come back, and makes derogatory comments. The Defendant also called her numerous times. A. C. A. Told Sgt Owens she felt threatened and terrified to return to her home in MN because of the messages and calls from the Defendant. On March 17, 2026, Sgt Owens took a post-Miranda statement from the Defendant. He admitted to making calls to A. C. A. And N. H. V. Because he was upset and hurt that A. C. A. Was with N. H. V. He also admitted to sending sexual images of A. C. A. And himself to N. H. V. To show N. H. V. That he was still with A. C. A. He acknowledged that he shouldn't have done that.
