Sheri Amalie Heard

On or about February 26, 2026, Moorhead Police Department Officer E. Broer responded to a report of a potential violation of a no contact order that occurred at 2811 30th St. S. In Moorhead, located in Clay County, MN. There, it was reported by the victim, [NAME REDACTED]H., that SHERI AMALIE HEARD [DOB REDACTED], hereinafter the Defendant, had asked the shared minor daughter of the Victim and the Defendant to take mail addressed to the Victim from the Victim's residence. The Victim reported that they were supposed to be receiving a letter in the mail related to filing for bankruptcy, and how that would affect his child [NAME REDACTED]. The Victim further reported that the Defendant texted their minor daughter a picture of the letter asking that she retrieve it and bring it to the Defendant.

Screenshots of the messages asking for the letter were provided to law enforcement. The letter was addressed to the Victim, [NAME REDACTED] did not give the Defendant permission to take the letter.
