On 12/02/2025 at about 0724 hours, St. Paul Police responded to 10th St East and Wacouta St in St. Paul, Ramsey County on a report of a stolen vehicle. The vehicle was owned by CAC. CAC’s boyfriend, TMH, called 911 and reported that he had tracked the stolen vehicle to that location. Upon arrival, police found the 2010 Chevrolet Malibu (MN/RTV265), which had collided with a parked vehicle. The suspect, Jaclyn Kay PETRY [DOB REDACTED] was seated in the driver's seat. When asked if she was injured, PETRY did not provide a coherent response.
Police spoke to TMH who said that CAC was warming up the Malibu outside his apartment at [ADDRESS REDACTED]. She went inside briefly and when she went back out, the vehicle was gone. CAC had left her phone in the vehicle, which allowed HERNANDEZ to track it to 10th St East and Wacouta St. TMH drove there and tried to block the vehicle in, but PETRY reversed and struck the parked vehicle. TMH held PETRY at the scene until police arrived. After being Mirandized, PETRY spoke in a non-sensical manner and became aggressive and agitated.
