Christopher Paul Kowarsch

On or about November 4, 2025, Officer Overlie was dispatched to a report of a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of McKinley St NW and Unity St NW in Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota. Upon arrival the Officer spoke with J. L., the driver of the garbage truck involved in the accident. The other driver was identified as CHRISTOPHER PAUL KOWARSCH [DOB REDACTED], Defendant herein. J. L. Reported that Defendant went to turn left at the intersection and turn in front of J. L. Causing J. L.'s vehicle to crash into the front of Defendant's vehicle.

Defendant stated he did not see J. L.'s vehicle due to the sun being in his eyes. The Officer did a records check and discovered Defendant's driving status was revoked. Defendant stated he had insurance but did not have proof of insurance.
