On November 28th, 2025, Centennial Lakes police received a report of Stalking and a Domestic Abuse No Contact Order violation by E. W., "Victim" herein. Victim, [NAME REDACTED] in the City of Lexington, Anoka County, stated there was an active Domestic Abuse No Contact Order, "DANCO" herein, in place that protects her from her ex-husband, MEADHAT FAROUK EMBABY [DOB REDACTED], "Defendant" herein. Victim [NAME REDACTED] had received multiple text messages from Defendant indicating that he was following her and that he had driven alongside her vehicle while speaking and gesturing to her.
Victim [NAME REDACTED] was in significant fear for her safety. Victim [NAME REDACTED] at Target on Apollo Dr, city of Lino Lakes, county of Anoka, that morning, when she saw Defendant there. Victim [NAME REDACTED] went to a Walgreens when she noted that she had received text messages from Defendant stating, "Going to Moms" and "Nope target." Upon driving away from Walgreens, Defendant pulled up alongside her in a black Chevrolet Equinox with MN Plate # TCA 721. Victim showed multiple photos to law enforcement that clearly showed Defendant driving, looking straight at Victim, waving his hands and talking.
Victim [NAME REDACTED] instances of Defendant harassing her via text messages and phone calls, which include multiple threatening text messages sent on November 26, 2025, where Defendant made multiple statements including "come get what you deserve", "your life is done", "the kids are about to lose both parents promise b****" as well as multiple images of the grim reaper and other images saying "death" and Defendant saying "so f****** close oh can't f****** wait." Additional messages included statements from Defendant that he was following Victim [NAME REDACTED], "I know what apartment you are in now", "right off Lovell waiting on u swear f****** told u can't take anymore disappointment now the kid are about to lose both parents." While Victim was speaking with law enforcement on November 28, 2025, she received a call from an unknown number which she believed to be Defendant, who frequently uses unknown and new numbers to contact her, preventing her from blocking his calls and messages.
Upon answering the phone Defendant stated, "I want to see my kids" and was heard making promises that he would leave her alone and that he just wanted to see his kids. On November 29th, 2025, Lino Lakes police received a call from Victim [NAME REDACTED] was currently staying at her parents' home in the city of Lino Lakes since leaving her home the previous day given her safety concerns. During that time period, Victim reported receiving 93 text messages, 10 voicemails and 70 missed calls from Defendant.
In those messages, Defendant made threats to kill Victim, [NAME REDACTED], damage Victim's parents' property and continue to follow Victim. Text message statements included "look at what u turned my life into and all I wanted is to be with my children your done. I'm not going to jail and I'm not ending my life until yours is f****** done as well this is what u wanted b**** ok," "B**** your dad's truck or moms car is just as noticeable what you think do t know u switched cars u piece of s*** Lmfao your done Let's see if your dirty ass is in new Brighton Hope they have a warranty on there cars," "Wya piggy Don't worry your Monday through Friday routine is pretty predictable, "I'm outside your parents house let me see my kids u f****** wich Let me see my kids you f****** c***." A DANCO was issued to Defendant on October 27, 2025, in court file no. ••-CR-••-•••• with Victim [NAME REDACTED]. The State requests a body only complaint warrant in this matter and requests that the Defendant be held in custody until appropriate bail and conditions of release be set pursuant to Minn.
