On or about November 2, 2025 at approximately 9:12 AM, Officer Link of the Blaine Police Department responded to a reported domestic incident occurring at a location on Springbrook Drive NE in the City of Blaine, Anoka County, Minnesota. The officer located a female, B. M., who advised that she had driven herself and her child's father, ISIAH TARELL LIGHTFOOT [DOB REDACTED], Defendant herein, to the location for a car wash. B. M. Advised that Defendant began throwing various items at her while she was vacuuming.
B. M. Advised that Defendant became increasingly angry, got out of the vehicle, walked around to the driver's side, and confronted B. M. B. M. Stated that she attempted to walk away, but Defendant grabbed her by the right arm and pulled her back. B. M. Reported that Defendant then swung and hit her in the face. B. M. Advised that she then ran into the business to call police. B. M. Stated that she told Defendant he was not allowed to take her vehicle, however he did and left the location. The officer observed a small abrasion and swelling on B. M.'s right arm as well as swelling and redness around her right eye and cheek.
The officer made contact with an employee witness of the car wash, who advised that he observed Defendant exit the passenger side of the vehicle and physically assault B. M. The witness stated that he believed Defendant struck B. M. Two times before leaving in the vehicle. B. M. Followed up at approximately 4:56 PM and reported that Defendant had dropped off her vehicle at her work at an unknown time, but she located and recovered it. A review of Defendant's criminal history does not show any previous qualified convictions.
