On March 31, 2026, at approximately 9:00 PM, officers from the Fridley Police Department were dispatched to Target, located at 755 53rd Ave NE, city of Fridley, county of Anoka, Minnesota, for a theft in progress. Upon arrival, officers made contact with the suspect, Rachael Devin Kenny-Harding [DOB REDACTED], Defendant herein, and placed her under arrest. Officers spoke to a loss prevention employee, Witness herein, who reported that Defendant and a group of three other individuals were in the store when Defendant placed a Casper mattress into her cart.
Witness also reported that another individual placed Gdfllw & Co Pants into Defendant's cart. Defendant then walked to the bathroom with the merchandise. Defendant then proceeded to push the cart towards the exit, passing all points of sale without attempting to pay for the merchandise. Witness reported that the mattress was valued at $845.00 and the pants were valued at $25.00, for a total of $870.00. On November 9, 2022, Defendant was convicted of Gross Misdemeanor Check Forgery, court file number 02-CR-21-6483.
