Officer Saliterman took initial independent statements from Child 1, Child 2, Child 3, and Child 4, all of whom were thirteen‐year‐old females on the date of the incident. Officer Saliterman learned that Child 1 resides at the home in Big Lake where the incidents occurred. Child 1 lives with her mother and their mother’s boyfriend—the Defendant herein—MICHAEL ALAN SCHIPPER, D. O. B. 8/20/1987. On August 21, 2023, Child 1 was at home with Defendant and her friends, Child 2, Child 3, and Child 4, at approximately 9 PM. Defendant engaged in conversations with the girls about sex toys and how to use them, showed them pornographic movies, and shared alcohol with them.

Defendant then solicited Child 2 to come to him privately, where he lifted her shirt and patted her buttocks. Each child participated in a forensic interview. Child 2 reported in the forensic interview that she went over to Child 1’s house. Defendant was at the home, and Child 3 and Child 4 were also present. They hung out for awhile and ate. Later, they observed alcohol on the table. Defendant offered alcoholic drinks to the girls. Defendant pressured them to drink, saying “If you don’t drink, you’re a pussy.” While they were hanging out, someone made a joke about sex toys, and Child 3 pulled out a sex toy from the bedroom and started chasing the other girls.

Defendant joined in and pulled out several sex toys and explained to them how the toys worked. Defendant made them touch the toys. Defendant mentioned that they couldn’t say anything about this or he would go to prison. Defendant also said if they said anything, something bad would happen. Defendant located a condom and said it would be of use later. Defendant then took possession of Child 3’s phone and streamed several pornographic videos onto the television. Child 2 identified that they were hiding their faces in the pillows, but Defendant told them to watch the show.

Someone told the Defendant to do something different because they did not like this. Defendant then put on homosexual pornography. Defendant took a break to go to the bathroom. Child 1 took back her phone, turned off the pornography, and cleared her history. They all went upstairs to get away and discussed going to another person’s residence. Defendant began sending messages to them and discussed having the cameras on so they would not be able to leave. Defendant requested one of the girls to come down to his room via Snapchat text message.

Defendant gave instructions that whoever came down would need to come in the room, shut the door, and turn out the lights. Child 2 ultimately agreed to go to where Defendant was located to collect the passcode so they could turn off the cameras and all leave to go to another house. When Child 2 arrived at the bedroom door, Defendant was sitting on the bed. She stood near the door and Defendant grabbed Child 2 and pulled her towards him. Child 2 identified Defendant lifted up her sweatshirt and patted her upper butt/lower back area.
