On March 28, 2025, officers responded to a complaint by COREY STEVEN WEBB, [DOB REDACTED], that he met a girl online that scammed him out of $100. Webb stated that he met a girl online that he believed to be 19 years of age and started role playing in a video chat. Webb stated the girl then stated she wanted to role play that she was 14 years of age. Webb stated that he sent the girl a nude photograph of himself. Shortly after he sent a nude photo he was contacted by a different number demanding $100. Webb provided a voicemail to officers from a person later identified as J. N. D. The voicemail indicated that J. N. D. Knew he was talking to a 14-year-old girl and knew where Webb lived and worked.
Webb stated he called J. N. D., who told Webb that if he wanted to make the incident go away he needed to send money to a cash app. Officers were able to attribute the phone number to a 14-year-old juvenile female F. N. In an interview with officers, F. N. Stated that she was streaming videos on a website called OME.tv. This website is an online video platform that allows users to connect with people around the world. F. N. Stated that she connected with Webb, who asked how old she was. F. N. Told police that she told Webb she was 14 years of age.
F. N. Stated that Webb told her he was 35 years of age and that he was a teacher. F. N. Stated that he requested sexual images of her. Officers executed a search warrant on Webb's phone and found several videos of Webb video chatting with F. N. In the videos, Webb is asking for photos of F. N.'s genitals, and asks if she is touching her genitals. In a later video Webb is asking F. N. To do different sexual acts on his penis. In a different video, Webb asks F. N.'s age. F. N. Responds that she is 14 years old.
Webb responds that he is 35 years old and a teacher. Webb is out of custody.
