Your complainant is Detective Angela Tschida with the Maple Grove Police Department. Your complainant states that on December 3, 2025, officers were dispatched to a home in Maple Grove, Hennepin County, Minnesota. The suspect was identified as BREEYANA MAREE BRITTAIN MCCALLISTER, [DOB REDACTED]. BRITTAIN MCCALLISTER’s mother reported that BRITTAIN MCCALLISTER is visiting her from St. Louis and that BRITTAIN MCCALLISTER is her daughter. BRITTAIN MCCALLISTER was napping when she became angry that her sister was being loud.
BRITTAIN MCCALLISTER started arguing with her sister about being loud when she then advanced towards her sister and started an altercation. The mother further reported that she tried to step in between BRITTAIN MCCALLISTER and the sister to prevent a physical altercation. BRITTAIN MCCALLISTER pushed her mother, which led to her falling to the ground and hurting her knee. Officers observed the mother to be limping upon arrival due to the knee injury. BRITTAIN MCCALLISTER ultimately punched her sister and started a physical fight.
BRITTAIN MCCALLISTER admitted to officers that she threw the first punch at her sister. A witness stated that BRITTAIN MCCALLISTER was aggressive with her sister over her being loud and waking her up from a nap, and that BRITTAIN MCCALLISTER pushed her mother to the ground.
