On December 19, 2025, approximately around 2:31 A.M., St. Louis Park Police Officers were dispatched on reports of an unwanted male at the DoubleTree Hotel located at [ADDRESS REDACTED] in St. Louis Park, Hennepin County. Dispatch informed responding officers the male was wearing a high visibility vest and laying down in the vestibule area of the hotel. Upon arrival, officers observed an individual matching the description provided by dispatch. The individual told officers he did not have any identification documents on him and verbally identified himself.
Officers learned the individual provided the name of another person. The individual continued to identify himself as another person and became more agitated and aggressive with officers. Officers placed the individual under arrest. Officers later identified the individual as TONY MICHAEL WINSLOW [DOB REDACTED] "Defendant" herein. Officers learned the Defendant had three active felony warrants for his arrest. Defendant was transported to the Hennepin County Jail. Jail staff searched the Defendant.
Jail staff located a bindle of a crystal-like substance from the Defendant's right pant pocket. Officers later conducted a field-test of the crystal-like substance. The crystal- like substance field-tested positive for 1.18 grams of methamphetamine. Defendant has a prior Fifth Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance Conviction from Wright County in Court Case File No. 86-CR-23-90. At present, Defendant is in custody.
