Count 2Introduce Contraband-Drug/Liquor into Jail/Lockup/PrisonDrugs
Probable Cause
On March 19, 2026, Detention Deputies at the Carver County Jail located a baggie containing two and half unidentified pills between the mattress and wall in cell #1210 of the Carver County Jail, located in the City of Chaska, Carver County. Deputy Christians believed the pills to be Valium due to their markings. Medical staff indicated they do not dispense the located pills. Detention Deputy Christians indicated Haley Taylor Anderson [DOB REDACTED], was the only occupant of the cell. Deputy Christians observed video showing Defendant moving around under a blanket in the cell and that the baggie that was later located is observed coming out of the bottom of the blanket.
Defendant later told Deputy Christians that she had concealed the baggie in her vagina when she was in Scott County and that the pills were valium (a schedule IV controlled substance). Defendant was previously convicted of a controlled substance crime in the second degree in Court File 10- CR-24-224. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: Pursuant to Minn. Stat. 609.49., intentional failure to appear for duly scheduled court appearances may result in additional criminal charges, and in addition to any arrest warrant that may otherwise be issued by the Court.
