At approximately 3:27 PM on November 17th, 2025, officers from the Woodbury Police Department responded to a report of criminal damage to property which had occurred at the Walmart located at [ADDRESS REDACTED], in the City of Woodbury, within Washington County. Officers spoke with SMK (an adult male, fully identified in the reports) who stated that his wife had been driving her vehicle and another driver became upset with her about a parking spot. SMK reported that after returning from the store, he noted that the driver's side of the vehicle had been keyed, and there was now a deep scratch down the entire side.
SMK provided officers with video footage from the built-in camera on his vehicle, which showed a woman keying the car. Officers obtained additional surveillance video which showed the suspect vehicle and the license plate. Officers determined that the suspect vehicle was registered to DIONNA ALEXIS THOMAS [DOB REDACTED], the defendant. Officers then obtained DVS photos of the defendant and determined that she was the female who was seen on video keying SMK's car. Damage estimates indicated that repairs to SMK's vehicle will cost over $3,000.
