On March 9, 2026, an officer with the Bloomington Police Department was dispatched to a shoplifting incident at Kohl's located at 7931 Southtown Center in Bloomington, Hennepin County, Minnesota. A loss prevention employee told an officer that a female, later identified as VICTORIA LYNN ROBINSON, [DOB REDACTED], DEFENDANT, was concealing products inside of her personal jacket and a bag. The employee told the officer Defendant had passed all points of sale without paying for the concealed items. The officer stopped Defendant.
During a search of her person and belongings the officer found 32 items that had been concealed by Defendant in a bag. The total value of the items was $1,453.30. In Defendant's possession officers also found three debit cards in three different names and a male driver's license in a fourth name. The investigation into the possession of those cards is still pending. The State reserves the right to amend the charges upon completion of the investigation. Defendant is in custody at the Hennepin County Jail.
The State is requesting higher bail because Defendant has a significant history of similar felony offenses.
