Terry Milton Griffin

On June 11, 2025, at approximately 5:37 P.M., a female approached Metro Transit Officer Han and said someone broke a train window on LRT Green Line. The train had large cracks on a large window panel. The female pointed to a male suspect sitting on the train. Officer Han detained the male suspect. RTIC specialist Flynn advised the male damaged the window with his elbow. The male was identified as TERRY MILTON GRIFFIN, [DOB REDACTED]. GRIFFIN had a misdemeanor warrant for Trespass, Ramsey County. Investigator Scheeler reviewed video.

The video showed GRIFFIN sitting in the seats on the train next to the window. GRIFFIN intentionally strikes the window with his elbow, damaging it. At the time of the damage, the train was approaching LRT Victoria Street Station, Saint Paul, County of Ramsey. An invoice for the repair of the train window estimates the cost at $2, 482.03.
