Joel Najay Logan

On June 16, 2025, Joel Najay Logan [DOB REDACTED], herein Defendant, entered the First Resource Bank located at [ADDRESS REDACTED] in the City of Lino Lakes in the County of Anoka. There, he deposited a check from ICAHN Carter School 7, with the #5263, and a value of $8,628.93 into his account, which he said was a graduation gift. The Teller was suspicious of the transaction, as Defendant had previously only deposited $50 total, and placed a hold on the account. Two days later, on 6/18/2025, the Defendant again came to the bank and withdraw $5,500. The Bank subsequently deemed the transaction to be fraudulent, and locked the account.

Police contacted ICAHN Carter School 7 determined that they had no employee by that name, and that they had not issued any check #5263.
