That on or about November 21, 2025, Officers with the St. Louis Park Police Department were dispatched to Target, located at 8900 Hwy. 7, in the City of St. Louis Park, County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, on a report of theft. Dispatch advised that the male suspect, identified as DAVID LEE REYNOLDS (“Defendant” herein), had been previously trespassed from Target. Upon arrival, Officers contacted Loss Prevention, who informed them Defendant concealed a bottle of Jim Beam bourbon and bypassed all points of sale without making a purchase.

Loss Prevention advised Officers that Defendant had been previously trespassed from Target on September 2, 2025, which Officers confirmed via their in-house records on Defendant. Officers next contacted Defendant, who was in the loss prevention office. Officers confirmed Defendant’s identity through a DVS photo. Officers placed Defendant under arrest. In total, Defendant stole $29.99 worth of merchandise, which was recovered. At present, Defendant is in custody.
