, [DOB REDACTED], hereinafter the Defendant, was incarcerated at the Sherburne County jail, where he is currently being held. A confirmed warrant exists for the Defendant from Grand Forks County, State of North Dakota. The warrant is for violating probationary terms of his sentence for a Domestic Violence conviction. The Defendant was sentenced to that charge on October 31, 2024 and a 360 day sentence was imposed with 360 days of unsupervised probation with several terms such as programming and court fees.
This warrant was issued by a Judge of Northeast Central Judicial District on October 29, 2025. The Order to Apprehend commanded apprehension of the Defendant so that he could be brought before the Court for further proceedings, and bond was set at hold for appearance. It has been verified that Grand Forks County authorities will extradite the Defendant for the above offenses in the event the Defendant refuses to waive extradition.
