Rehab Musa Kuek

On November 7, 2025, at approximately 12:10 A.M., law enforcement was clearing a medical call in the area of the LRT Franklin Avenue Station located at [ADDRESS REDACTED] East, City of Minneapolis, County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota. Law enforcement learned that EMS personnel declined to transport a patient, identified as Rehab Musa Kuek [DOB REDACTED] (AKA Grace Musa John Kuek – [DOB REDACTED]), hereinafter Defendant, after she spit on a medic, Victim 1 herein. Law enforcement observed Victim 1 wiping her face with sanitation wipes.

Victim 1 reported that Defendant’s spit and chewed up food got into her mouth. Law enforcement approached Defendant, and she stepped off the LRT platform and onto the tracks. Law enforcement calmly instructed her to get off the tracks. Law enforcement attempted to grab her by the arm and guide her onto the platform. However, Defendant then swung her fist and hit the law enforcement officer, Victim 2 herein, in the face. Defendant then started to physically resist and pull her arms away from law enforcement.

Eventually, law enforcement was able to handcuff Defendant. Defendant was arrested and remains in custody.
