On November 3, 2025, M. H. Reported that he had a trailer stolen from his property on West 79th Street in the City of Chanhassen, Carver County. M. H. Reported that he had a GPS device on the trailer and that the last known location was in the area of Maplewood Road in the City of Carver. M. H. Indicated that the value of the trailer was $2,800. On November 4, 2025, M. H. Advised the Carver County Sheriff’s Office that the trailer was pinging to a location of [ADDRESS REDACTED] in the City of Carver.
Deputies made contact with a male at the front door who was identified to be Anthony Robert Pearson [DOB REDACTED], hereinafter Defendant. As they walked up to the door they observed a trailer matching the description provided by M. H. In the garage through a window. Defendant stated he had just purchased the trailer in the garage for $3,500 the day prior. Defendant stated he had bought the trailer from someone in Shakopee during the day, however the GPS data from M. H. Showed the trailer at Defendant’s residence as early as 6:56 AM on November 3.
