On October 21, 2025, police were dispatched to an apartment at [ADDRESS REDACTED], Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, for a report that the caller’s ex-boyfriend was posting nude photos of the caller on the internet. The caller, APAM, told police that the father of her child, JORDAN J’KAI SHAW – [DOB REDACTED], posted pictures and videos of the two of them having sexual intercourse on his Facebook story. APAM said SHAW texted and called her repeatedly, saying that because he did not get his possessions back from her apartment, he was going to continue to post sexual pictures and videos on his Facebook page.
APAM reported that when SHAW called to get his items, she was asleep and missed the call. APAM provided screen shots, screen recordings, and audio recordings of SHAW’s Facebook page, text conversations, and phone calls to law enforcement. The recordings show that SHAW posted multiple brief stories of himself and APAM having sexual intercourse to his Facebook story and tagged APAM in the posts. In one video, APAM’s face is partially visible, and the caption reads, “My real cumm bucket @[APAM]”. In a recorded call, SHAW told APAM that he was going to continue to post the videos and that, “It is only going to get worse.” In text messages, SHAW told APAM, “I’m posting you everyday.
Gone get worse and worse. It’s only gone get worse. You might wanna answer promise you.” In recorded conversations, APAM made it clear that she did not provide consent for the videos to be posted and asked SHAW to take them down, but he refused.
