On January 16, 2026, at 3:52 P.M., Stillwater Police Officers responded to a 911 call that reported an assault that occurred at 3:15 P.M. Caller reported that a student/victim [NAME REDACTED] from school by his mother and stepfather. The victim's stepfather, identified as Jeremy Lee Scott, [DOB REDACTED], Defendant herein, physically fought victim. The victim came inside of the building to get away from Defendant. The victim had a cut across his face and bruising on his forearm. The victim [NAME REDACTED] was picked up lack from school.
Victim provided a statement. Victim said he entered his mother's vehicle after school and sat in the rear passenger seat, directly behind Defendant. Victim said he tossed some items of the rear seat into the back of the vehicle. Defendant did not like victim's actions or attitude and said he would "smack his ass." Victim said Defendant then tried to punch him, but he stopped it. Defendant then punched him 3 to 4 times in the face and bit him in the arm or leg. Victim then stepped out of the car and told Defendant to step out of the car.
Victim's mother stepped in between the two of them. Officer could see swelling and a scratch mark on Victim's cheek. There was also swelling about his forehead. Defendant has the follow previous domestic violence related convictions: 1. Misdemeanor violation of a harassment restraining order on 9-22-2020 in ••-CR-••-•••• 2. Gross misdemeanor domestic assault on 8-10-2016 in 82-CR16-3309.
