Agent Davis found a $1 bill that contained a white powdery substance that field tested positive for cocaine and weighed.19 grams. In another drawer on the built-in shelf, Agent Davis located a full box of sandwich style baggies, a spoon, along with other packaging material to include "zippered tops" of sandwich style baggies, similar to what was found in the trash pull. One of the baggies had a white substance inside of it that tested positive for cocaine. In the upstairs bedroom, Agent Puckett found 5 pills on the table on the south wall.
The pills weighed.55 grams without packaging and are believed to be M0552 or Oxycodone Hydrocodone 5 mg pills. Agent Puckett also found 1.5 pills of suspected Xanax weighing.39 grams and a document for Mariana Rodriguez. In the upstairs center bedroom, Agent Danielson found a torn baggie that field tested positive for cocaine. This bag was located underneath the bed near documents for RODRIGUEZ to include a social security card and a Texas ID card. Also in this room was a St. Jude figurine. Nearby Agents found a metal spoon which field tested positive for cocaine and a roll of plastic wrap similar to what Agent Davis found in the living room area.
Other drug paraphernalia found in this bedroom included a 50 grand scale weight, a plate, a container lid, and miscellaneous packaging to include zippered tops, which were the result of creating corner cut baggies. Near the bed portion of this room were numerous rounds of ammunition and several pistol magazines to include a large double fed, large capacity drum round magazine. In the walk in closet area of the center bedroom, Agent Danielson found numerous ammunition and a wallet containing documents for RODRIGUEZ. In the basement, Agent Hay found a Hubei Jianghua 12-gauge shotgun located in plain view in the center portion of the basement.
Detective Schaefbauer also found numerous rounds of ammunition in the kitchen.
