On September 13, 2025, at approximately 12:29 A.M., officers were dispatched to a business located at [ADDRESS REDACTED], Suite 1, City of Coon Rapids, within the County of Anoka, on report of an individual who refused to trespass the property and was suspected to be in possession of stolen property. Officers arrived and made contact with the female who identified herself as J. A. [DOB REDACTED]. When officers conducted record checks they observed that the person with that name and birth date was deceased.
Officers had her write her full name and birthday down. The female wrote down the name J. L. A. [DOB REDACTED], but when officers checked records the photograph of the individual in the driver’s license database did not match the individual they were speaking with. Officers ultimately identified her as Jackie Ann Lambert [DOB REDACTED], hereinafter Defendant, and placed her under arrest for providing a false name. Defendant began complaining of medical problems and an ambulance was called to the scene.
Defendant apologized to officers for providing a false name to officers and stated that J. L. A. Was her sister. Officers searched the bags of suspected stolen items and found a small clear bag of a brownish/white crystal-like substance. Also, at the Anoka County Jail staff found an additional small clear bag that contained a white crystal-like substance inside of Defendant’s backpack. The two baggies were sent to the Midwest Regional Forensic Laboratory for testing. Tests showed the first baggie contained 0.865 grams of methamphetamine, and the second baggie contained 0.762 grams of methamphetamine.
In total, Defendant was in possession of 1.627 grams of methamphetamine.
