On April 8, 2002, Jeremy Marvin Jennings [DOB REDACTED], was convicted of second degree sexual assault in Wisconsin Court File Number 2001CF000045. Jennings was required to register as a predatory offender in Minnesota in accordance with Minnesota Statute Section 243.166. His registration period is for a lifetime. As a person required to register, Jennings was required to provide to the corrections agent or law enforcement his primary address and if he lacks primary address he was required to report to law enforcement in person on a weekly basis.
On December 10, 2019, and on April 28, 2025, Jennings signed and acknowledged his duty to register. On July 11, 2025, Jennings submitted Change of Information Form updating his primary address as homeless. Jennings filed weekly check-ins on 7/11/2025, 7/18/2025, 8/8/2025, and 11/17/2025. From 8/15/2025 to 11/17/2025, Jennings failed to file weekly check-ins. He is currently non-compliant with his registration duties. Jennings was made aware that he was required to report to law enforcement on weekly basis to file homeless check-in paperwork.
