On one occasion, ANICETO DOMINGUEZ pulled ABC’s pants down and slapped her bare buttock. He then examined her pelvic region and made a comment about its appearance. On another occasion while sitting on the couch, ANICETO DOMINGUEZ made ABC touch his penis with her hand.
