On January 22, 2026, Agent Daniel Heikkinen of Wright County Probation and Court Services visited Andrew Gerald Olson [DOB REDACTED], hereinafter Defendant, at Defendant's school in the City of Otsego, Wright County, Minnesota, to determine if Defendant was abiding by his current court-ordered restrictions on the use of his phone and computer. Defendant resides in the City of Monticello, also in Wright County. Agent Heikkinen examined Defendant's phone and found messages consistent with the exchange of sexual images with a person Defendant believed was seventeen years old.
School Resource Officer Jeffrey Davis seized Defendant's school-issued computer and Defendant's phone. On February 19, 2026, Detective Bailey searched Defendant's computer pursuant to a search warrant. Defendant's computer had a school account as well as a non-school account that was created by Defendant. The non-school account contained videos in the "deleted" folder, akin to a computer's recycling bin, and videos that were not deleted, that constituted Child [NAME REDACTED], including: (Count I) 9537.mp4 - four second video of two nude males, likely under ten years of age, kissing and thrusting their genitalia together; (Count II) 1997.mp4 - 3:18 video of two males, one likely ten to twelve years of age, having sex; (Count III) 0689.mp4 - 3:30 video of teenage male receiving oral sex from a male who is likely ten years old.
