NIAUSHA NATIA RAENEE GLASS, [DOB REDACTED], has the following State of Iowa driving impaired convictions in the past ten years. Operating While Under the Influence-1st offense-misdemeanor conviction 1/9/2019, court file 01071 OWCR228505 Operating While Under the Influence-2nd offense-aggravated misdemeanor conviction 12/22/2020, court file 01071 OW CR238477 GLASS’s driving record lists an Implied Consent.08 BAC, [DOB REDACTED], State of Wisconsin. GLASS’s driving record also lists a withdrawal, 07/15/2025, Revoked-Driving While Impaired Offense-No Limited License.
GLASS’s driving privileges are revoked. On April 4, 2026, at 7:15 A.M., Saint Police were traveling east on Minnehaha Avenue, Saint Paul, County of Ramsey, when they observed a white 2010 Ford Focus that was disabled and blocking traffic on Minnehaha. GLASS stood next to the vehicle and waved her hand at Officer Dollerschell. Officer Dollerschell parked his car behind GLASS’s vehicle and approached. GLASS said she needed help moving her vehicle. She said her vehicle stopped as she was driving and she was not able to push the vehicle out of the roadway.
The vehicle had the front and rear driver’s side tires flat and the rims were damaged. The rod under the vehicle was broken. When asked is she hit anything while driving, GLASS said, “No.” GLASS said she was coming from Holiday, and was going home. Officer Dollerschell smelled a strong odor of alcoholic beverage on GLASS’s breath. GLASS had bloodshot, watery eyes, and was unsteady on her feet. When asked if she had been drinking, GLASS said she had a “shot” earlier in the morning, but she went to bed and it was out of her system.
GLASS was asked to exit the vehicle for field sobriety tests. GLASS said she has balance issues and wears glasses. During field sobriety tests, signs of impairment were noted to include distinct and sustained nystagmus, loss of balance during instructions, use of arms for balance, and other clues. GLASS agreed to a PBT, result.189 BAC. GLASS was arrested for driving while under the influence and transported to the jail. During the transport, GLASS said she had three prior DUI’s in other states. During the search of the vehicle, a small bottle of Southern Comfort, half full, was found inside.
At the jail, GLASS was read the Breath Test Advisory and was advised it is a crime to refuse a test. GLASS agreed to provide a breath sample, DMT result.16 BAC at 8:29 A.M.
