A short time later a similar sound is heard. At approximately 1832 hours the headlights from the red pick-up with MN plate EKU428 are observed traveling northbound through the gravel lot and leaving the property. At approximately 0358 hours they observe a pick-up with exterior lights matching that of EKU428 traveling east on 4th Street southeast passing Ag Partners. The pick-up made a left turn and traveled north on 2nd Avenue SE at a slow speed. The pick-up then traveled north on 2nd Avenue towards 1st Street SE and out of view.
At approximately 0411 hours the pick-up appeared and traveled west on either 3rd Street SE or a gravel alley between 214 2 55-CR-25-9412 Filed in District Court State of Minnesota 12/9/2025 2nd Avenue SE and 218 2nd Avenue SE. The pick-up then made a left turn onto 2nd Ave. SE and entered the property at Ag Partners. The pick-up parked next to the three white pick-ups mentioned earlier. The driver got out of the truck and walked around the bed of the truck and opened the rear passenger door removing what appeared to be a bag.
The person then walked north through the property along the buildings. The person then began to run through the property and is seen running north on 2nd Avenue SE towards 1st Street SE. The person has the same build as seen earlier on video and is wearing a black jacket with a hood and carrying a bag. At approximately 0419 hours headlights are observed facing west either from 3rd Street SE or the gravel alley. That vehicle made a left turn and traveled south on 2nd Avenue SE and came to a stop at the intersection of 4th Street SE. The vehicle paused for a few seconds and then made a right turn onto 4th Street SE. As the vehicle traveled west it appeared to be a white 4 door sedan. (A white Chevrolet Malibu was stolen on November 17, 2025 at approximately 0030 hours from 120 4th Avenue NE in the City of Stewartville, Minnesota, and in that case the vehicle fled from Corporal Streed at 1340 hours driving southbound on Main Street with the pursuit ultimately being terminated (Case No. 55-CR-25-8951).
