On 1/20/26, Old Navy Asset Protection personnel discovered that a theft had occurred at their store at [ADDRESS REDACTED] N in Roseville, Ramsey County on 1/13/26. CCTV footage of the incident showed two suspects, later identified as Brittney Shanta GRAHAM [DOB REDACTED] and Shakeena Takemma Tracy Monique FLAX [DOB REDACTED], enter the store, select merchandise, work together using a black magnet style commercial sensor remover to remove anti-theft sensors, conceal the merchandise, and exit the store without paying for the merchandise.
The total value of the merchandise stolen was $670.51. Old Navy Asset Protection personnel are familiar with both GRAHAM and FLAX from numerous prior theft incidents. Roseville Police are also professionally well acquainted with each of the suspects from previous theft incidents and immediately identified them when reviewing the Old Navy CCTV footage. On 3/7/2026 at about 1730 hours, Roseville Old Navy Asset Protection personnel notified Roseville Police that FLAX and an unidentified female had entered the store.
Police responded and took FLAX into custody. FLAX has at least three active warrants and GRAHAM has at least two active warrants. FLAX has an extensive criminal history, including at least five prior felony convictions, and qualifying convictions that enhance this gross misdemeanor theft offense to a felony offense.
