Probable Cause
On September 24, 2025, Loss Prevention Department employees from Macy’s, in the Rosedale Mall, Roseville, Ramsey County, apprehended William Levell Hopson, [DOB REDACTED], for taking $58.96 in merchandise from the store without paying for the items. Rosedale security officers issue a trespass notice to Hopson on December 12, 2024, after a theft from Dick’s Sporting Goods. That trespass notice was still in effect on September 24, 2025. Hopson has a felony conviction for Receiving Stolen Property on February 7, 2025, in 62CR246655.
