Robert John Terres

On January 7, 2026, a forensic interview was arranged for Child A, minor [NAME REDACTED] in 2011 and fully identified in police reports. Child A had told a school counselor, Robert John Terres, [DOB REDACTED], the defendant herein, had sexually assaulted her several times at a residence where she attended day-care. During the forensic interview, Child A disclosed she attended this day-care from the age of five or six to the age of twelve years old. Child A disclosed on multiple occasions during that time the defendant would touch her vagina with his hand over and under her clothing.

The defendant would also put his fingers between the lips of her vagina. The day-care was located on the 9400 block of Watab Drive, in the Township of St. Wendel, County of Stearns, State of Minnesota. The defendant and Child A have a significant relationship pursuant to Minn. Stat. 609.341 Subd. 15. Complainant has reason to believe and does believe that all of the above information is true and correct. The above facts constitute your complainant's basis for believing that the above-named defendant, on or between about the 1st day of January of 2015 and the 31st day of December of 2024, in the Township of St. Wendel, County of Stearns, State of Minnesota, committed the offenses described herein.
