On October 6, 2025, Ramsey County deputies responded to [ADDRESS REDACTED], Little Canada, Ramsey County, on a report of criminal damage to property. Video showed a female climbing under a fenced in area, entering a vehicle MN GTA 817, and driving through the secured gate at a high rate of speed, damaging the gate. This occurred on October 5, 2026. The vehicle was towed to the lot from the Winnipeg apartments at [ADDRESS REDACTED] for having expired tabs. The registered owner, Myesha Briana Lashae Johnson, [DOB REDACTED], had come to the lot earlier.
She attempted to retrieve her vehicle but did not have the impound fee. The manager of the Winnipeg Apartments, SC, is familiar with Johnson as a tenant of her building. SC viewed the surveillance video and confirmed that Johnson is the person who drove the vehicle through the gate. In a non-custodial interview, Johnson admitted that she drove her vehicle through the gate at 780 Woodlynn. The cost to repair the gate came to $7,865.
