Travis Robert Taylor

On 04/03/2026, an Officer Whiteside from the Anoka Police Department was on routine patrol when he observed another vehicle changing lanes without signaling its turn. Officer Whiteside activated his emergency lights and attempted to initiate a traffic stop. After a brief pursuit, Officer Whiteside was able to conduct a Pursuit Intervention Technique which was successful at disabling the vehicle. The passenger of the vehicle was identified as Travis Robert Taylor, [DOB REDACTED], hereinafter the Defendant.

An inventory search of the vehicle located a sawed-off shotgun, where the barrel and stock were had been sawed off, and 8.6 grams of Methamphetamine, a schedule II controlled substance.
