On 12/3/25 at about 1813 hours, Roseville Police responded to a shoplifting incident at Dick's Sporting Goods at the Rosedale Center; 1595 Highway 36 W in Roseville, Ramsey County. Police also obtained CCTV footage of JOHNSON stealing the JC Penney’s merchandise, which totaled $89.99.
