On March 2, 2026, officers were dispatched to an apartment complex on [ADDRESS REDACTED]. S. In the County of Hennepin on report of a mail theft. The reporting party stated that a package of theirs had been delivered, and then been taken, from the apartment's mail room. Officers reviewed video of the mail room and saw ARTURO SANCHEZ PASCUAL [DOB REDACTED], Defendant herein, take the package and leave the mailroom. Officers identified Defendant though video and his registered vehicle. Officers confronted Defendant, who admitted he had taken the package.

Defendant is in custody in Hennepin County.
