On November 5, 2025, law enforcement received a report of a stolen enclosed trailer. Officers learned that a business located on Apollo Drive in Lino Lakes, Anoka County, had left an enclosed trailer, valued in excess of $1,000, parked outside of the building overnight with the trailer hitch secured and when they returned in the morning it was missing. A neighboring business’ surveillance footage captured a white Cadillac Escalade arriving just after midnight, backing up to the trailer and a male exiting the vehicle, going out of view before re-entering the vehicle which leaves a moment later, with headlights extinguished and the trailer attached.
Through investigative efforts, officers learned that the vehicle left the location northbound on 35W. Surveillance footage from the Loves travel stop nearby revealed the same Cadillac, with the trailer attached, in the lot. A male is seen exiting the passenger compartment of the vehicle, wearing the same clothing as the male at the location of the theft and entering the store with a female. Images from this video were distributed for identification and law enforcement received numerous tips identifying the male as the Co-Defendant herein, Travis Henery Kuznia.
The female was not initially able to be identified. Officers later executed a search warrant at the Co-Defendant's residence and the Defendant herein, GERI LYN OTTO [DOB REDACTED], was present. Officers were able to confirm that she visibly matched the person also seen with the Co-Defendant at the Loves travel stop and is the owner of a white Cadillac Escalade matching that which was used in the theft.
