Cloud, Sherburne County, MN for reports of unwanted people on the property. Reporting party indicated that two individuals were on the property the night prior and caused property damage. Reporting party was requesting the individuals be trespassed. Upon arrival at the location, law enforcement made contact with reporting party who advised that the male individual ran into the woods of George Freidrich park and the female individual was exiting the north side of the building. Officer Ingram made contact with the female individual, later identified as SELEINA LARANA GAMEZ, [DOB REDACTED] [hereinafter defendant]. At that time, law enforcement learned that the defendant had active warrants for her arrest.
The defendant was searched incident to arrest and law enforcement located several items of drug paraphernalia as well as a large amount of tinfoil with a substance inside. The defendant then admitted that the substance was fentanyl. The defendant also informed law enforcement that she had just ingested fentanyl. The defendant was then transported to the hospital and the substance was submitted to the BCA for confirmation testing. The defendant has a prior control substance conviction from 2022 [34CR2243] PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: Pursuant to Minn.
Stat. 609.49, intentional failure to appear for duly scheduled court appearances may result in additional criminal charges, and in addition to any arrest warrant that may otherwise be issued by the Court.
