Phillip Bradley Sadler

On 01/23/2026, a Minnesota Department of Corrections Warrant (#26DOC162) was issued for Phillip Bradley SADLER ([DOB REDACTED] OID #266779) for violations of Standard Supervised Release, which included his failure to maintain contact and failure to notify Agent of residence and activities. On 03/06/2026, a DOC Investigator located SADLER at [ADDRESS REDACTED] in St. Paul, Ramsey County. SADLER was arrested at about 0855 hours as he walked near Hamline Ave and Hague Ave. SADLER tried unsuccessfully to flee on foot.

During the arrest, SALDER admitted that he had a firearm on his person. When he was searched, a loaded.22 caliber Jennings pistol was recovered from his right front jacket pocket. Based upon SADLER’s felony conviction history, he is ineligible to possess firearms and/or ammunition. During a post-Miranda interview, SADLER said he only had the firearm “for an hour” and claimed to have “found it in a backpack walking home”. SADLER admitted that the firearm was loaded. He also admitted that he knew he was prohibited from possessing a firearm but claimed “I was going to sell it.” Upon information and belief, SADLER is current in custody for unrelated matters.

A warrant, therefore, is requested.
