On April 13, 2026, police received a report from an adult female identified herein as Victim. Victim [NAME REDACTED], RYAN ANDREW BOSTON [DOB REDACTED], is incarcerated at the Hennepin County Jail in Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota, and on April 13, 2026, he had called Victim’s cousin and made threats against Victim [NAME REDACTED]. Victim’s cousin had called Victim to inform her about the threats. Victim [NAME REDACTED] has the means to carry out these threats and that she is scared to leave her residence.
BOSTON had also physically assaulted Victim about a year ago. An investigator listened to BOSTON’s jail calls and located a call on April 13, 2026, in which BOSTON called someone that he refers to as “Cuz.” In the call, BOSTON stated that when he gets out, he is going to Victim’s residence to “beat the hell” out of her. He also said he was going to punch Victim’s daughter in the face and bust her head wide open. BOSTON stated that he was going straight to St. Paul because Victim has a patio window he can get through.
He further stated that he gets out on April 14, 2026, and he is going to break Victim’s jaw. BOSTON remains in custody.
