On December 1, 2025, around 10:38pm, Lino Lakes Officer Petrie and Sgt Strub responded to a domestic incident at [ADDRESS REDACTED] in Lino Lakes, Anoka County, MN. The caller (S. L. L.) reported that her husband, BRYAN ANTHONY BRANHAM [DOB REDACTED], Defendant herein, was breaking things and escalating his behavior. She reported that it wasn’t physical and nobody was injured. Defendant left the residence before officers arrived. S. L. L. Told Officer Petrie that Defendant was acting erratically and paranoid, and she was worried he had relapsed on drugs.
She explained he was lashing out at her and punching things, which scared her children. She said he did not hit her but acted like he might by clenching his fists and then punching himself or the wall instead. When asked if she thought he would hit her, she said she never knows when he gets erratic but that it’s possible given their history. She mentioned he was standing right next to her, leaning over her, punching things and himself. She could feel his fists go past her, and he was close to hitting her.
She confirmed she was scared and worried he might attack her because of his erratic behavior and comments, including threats to kill her and break her jaw, as well as similar comments throughout the day. Officer Petrie then spoke with Defendant by phone. Defendant admitted he was in a bad emotional state and got into an argument with S. L. L. He said there was yelling and that he threw a lamp, but he denied standing over S. L. L. Or assaulting her. Defendant has multiple prior convictions for qualified domestic violence-related offenses.
