Saniya Jade Powe

On February 15, 2026, Fond Du Lac Tribal Police Department Officers were dispatched to Mash-Ka- Wisen treatment center for a report of a stolen vehicle. The reporting party advised that Saniya Jade Powe [DOB REDACTED] hereinafter Defendant was on probation out of Hennepin County and left the treatment center against medical advice. Security footage captured Defendant taking the reporting party keys and driving off the premises in the reporting party’s vehicle. Defendant did not have permission to drive the reporting party’s vehicle.

The reporting party's vehicle was recovered in Hennepin County. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: Pursuant to Minn. Stat. 609.49, intentional failure to appear for duly scheduled court appearances may result in additional criminal charges, and in addition to any arrest warrant that may otherwise be issued by the Court.
