On or about March 10, 2026, St. Louis Park Police took a report of person who hired MICHAEL EZEKIEL DAVIS [DOB REDACTED], Defendant herein, to repair a 2003 Ford F550 truck with Minnesota license plates 657HSY. The reporting party, J. T., Victim herein, indicated that in April of 2025 Victim took his vehicle to Defendant's shop located at 5720 35th Street West in St. Louis Park, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Victim and Defendant agreed upon $5,025 to repair his truck. Victim paid a $3,200 deposit at that time.
In July 2025, Victim went to the shop and realized no work had been done. Defendant gave victim the run- around. In September of 2025, Victim, again, went to the shop and, again, the truck was not worked on. Defendant was eventually evicted from the shop and Victim [NAME REDACTED] went to the shop in October or November of 2025. Victim went to the shop and his truck was missing. Along with Defendant. Through investigation, police were able to locate Victim's vehicle in Zimmerman. Police learned that Victim's vehicle was there because it was towed on behalf of Defendant as Defendant had the car towed from a storage unit he rented in St. Louis Park.
The vehicle was not repaired ever. Defendant is not in custody for this offense.
