On March 7, 2026, at approximately 10:22 PM, officers from the Columbia Heights Police Department were dispatched to a residence on Proft PL NE, city of Columbia Heights, county of Anoka, Minnesota, regarding a burglary. Upon arrival, officers spoke to the homeowner, N. A., Victim herein, who reported that around 10:11 PM, she heard a loud commotion at her front door. Victim stated that she exited her bedroom and approached the front door, where she observed her front door getting broken in and a figure wearing all black stepping foot into her house.
Victim stated that she screamed and the individual turned around and ran out of the house. Victim followed the suspect outside and observed a group of 5-6 people running towards two vehicles. The 5-6 individuals then got into the vehicles and drove off. Victim's daughter, S. A., Witness herein, reported that over the last few years she had been having "beef" with girls from another school, and provided a list of names to the officers. Video surveillance from a nearby Tesla showed a group of seven girls walking towards Victim's front door.
The first girl, later identified as Lammi Afandi Ibrahim [DOB REDACTED], Defendant herein, is observed wearing all black and is carrying a silver curved pole. Two other girls are observed bending over and picking up rocks or stones. As the group approached the door, they begin banging and throwing items at the door. Several girls are observed throwing objects at the door, and one girl is observed throwing a large stick or pole. The video surveillance then shows a commotion and the vast majority of the group runs back towards the street.
