A sworn officer of the St. Cloud Police Department duly states the following facts establish PROBABLE CAUSE: On or about July11,2025, at approximately 1:22PM, Officer Christina Zabrocki responded to a trespass complaint at the Place of Hope, 511 9th Avenue North, City of St. Cloud, County of Stearns, State of Minnesota. Dispatch advised that the complainant observed a male in the lunch room and outside of the office, identified as Dalton James Hendrix, [DOB REDACTED], the Defendant herein. The complainant knew the Defendant to be trespassed from the Place of Hope.
Officer Zabrocki confirmed through the Trespass Advisory Notice issued on May 7, 2025, that the Defendant is trespassed from the Place of Hope for a period of one year. Officer Zabrocki located and made contact with the Defendant, who she verified to be the Defendant through a previous booking photo. When asked, the Defendant did not deny being in the Place of Hope. The Defendant knew, or should have reasonably known, that he was not permitted to enter the premises, parking lot, or buildings, of the Place of Hope.
The Defendant was previously convicted of Trespass on June 27, 2024 under Minnesota court file 02-CR- 23-5729, on October 11, 2024 under Minnesota court file ••-CR-••-••••, and on December 11, 2024 under Minnesota court file ••-CR-••-••••. The Defendant does not have a personal residence. His location is not reasonably discoverable. Therefore, the State requests a warrant be issued for the Defendant's arrest. Complainant has reason to believe and does believe that all above information is true and correct.
The above facts constitute the complainant's basis for believing that the above-named defendant, on or about July11,2025, in the City of St. Cloud, County of Stearns, State of Minnesota, committed the described offense herein.
