The order also prohibits ALKABIR from going to WNO’s residence on Larpenteur Avenue, including two city blocks or ¼ mile restriction, whichever is greater. ALKABIR violated the order for protection on the following dates.
December 22, 2025 On December 22, 2025, Officers were dispatched to WNO’s residence on Larpenteur Avenue, Falcon Heights, County of Ramsey, on a verbal dispute. WNO told officers her ex-ALKABIR-appeared at her house, knocked on the door. They argued. She told him she was going to call police. ALKABIR left on foot. December 23, 2025 at 11:10 A.M. WNO reported ALKABIR sent her a text message from telephone number [PHONE REDACTED] that read as follows. “You hate me when you should hate yourself because you’re the reason (WNO’s deceased husband) is dead.
Will you ever tell your kids that you put him out and got him killed? If you knew anything about LOVE you would’ve never broke up with him. & I told you not to because I knew that me & you would never be anything but f*** buddies once I came home. And now look at your life. You sad miserable (WNO’s first name). And you will never keep a man because you don’t know how to love. Nobody wants you not even your kids. They only f*** with you to get s*** outta you. How do that make you feel as woman and mother?” December 23, 2025 at 12:28 A.M. WNO reported ALKABIR sent her a text message from telephone number [PHONE REDACTED] that read as follows.

You got their dad killed and now they’re stuck with you. I feel sorry for them kids and that’s the only reason why I came around you. Voicemail messages- WNO also received five voicemail messages from ALKABIR. In one message, ALKABIR tells WNO he drove down the alley behind her address and saw a red truck in the alley behind her address.
Fake Facebook account in WNO’s deceased husband name and likeness In addition, WNO reported that she believes ALKABIR created a Facebook account using the name and likeness of her deceased husband. The account sent her a friend request. An investigator found a Facebook account profile for EH (WNO’s deceased husband). The account shows a profile photo and cover photo uploaded on 12/23/2025 at around 12:00 noon. The tagline says, “I will 2 ••-CR-••-•••• Filed in District Court State of Minnesota 12/24/2025 forever hate you (WNO’s first name) for putting me out.
