9/21/1990. At approximately 1510 hours, the CI was searched and then was issued task force buy funds to conduct the controlled purchase with WOLF. Subsequently, the CI arrived at 2305 24th Street SW, Willmar, Kandiyohi County, MN 56201, the address that is known to be WOLF’s residence. Shortly after, WOLF arrived in a BMW sedan, and Agent Puckett positively identified WOLF as being the driver of the BMW. WOLF went inside of the residence along with the CI. A short time later, the CI left the residence and went to make contact with the CEE-VI agents.
During the debrief, the CI confirmed that they were issued buy funds, went inside WOLF’s residence and met with WOLF, that he then gave the pre-recorded buy funds to WOLF and that WOLF gave them the substance that they believed to be methamphetamine which they then turned over to the CEE-VI agents. The agents subsequently tested the white crystalline substance, which field tested positive for methamphetamine. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: Pursuant to Minn.
