Police took HASSAN into custody. HASSAN had seven active warrants and his driver’s license was revoked. They also arrested the female passenger who was later identified as Angelina Marie ST GERMAIN [DOB REDACTED]. ST GERMAIN had four active warrants. Further investigation revealed that the vehicle in which HASSAN had fled was REL’s Honda that was stolen during the Minneapolis burglary. During an inventory search of the vehicle, police found multiple key fobs and key rings belonging to other vehicles, as well as credit cards and identification belonging to several other people. 3 62-CR-25-9041 Filed in District Court State of Minnesota 12/5/2025 HASSAN claimed to have ingested fentanyl during the pursuit and officers saw that he was lethargic with pinpoint pupils.
HASSAN was transported to Regions Hospital. While at Regions, and pursuant to a search warrant, police obtained a sample of HASSAN’s blood. The BCA subsequently reported that HASSAN’s blood tested positive for controlled substances: 0.089 mg/L of Amphetamine (Schedule II controlled substance) 0.52 mg/L of Methamphetamine (Schedule II controlled substance). Fentanyl (Schedule II controlled substance). Norfentanyl (Schedule II controlled substance). HASSAN currently has at least one active warrant.
A warrant, therefore, if requested.
