On the evening of September 28, 2025 into the morning of September 29,2025, law enforcement received reports of a suspect going through vehicles and garages in Rogers, Hennepin County, Minnesota. The suspect was eventually apprehended on September 29, 2025, on Elm Parkway in Rogers and identified as Cordarryl Joel Fisher, [DOB redacted] (Defendant herein). One homeowner (B. V.) captured the Defendant going through his vehicle without permission on an outdoor surveillance camera on Jed Drive in Rogers.
When law enforcement came into contact with the Defendant, he was wearing the same clothing as he was on the surveillance footage. The Defendant was searched and law enforcement located the following on the Defendant’s person: JBL portable speaker, binoculars, Sony headphones, a cell phone holder mount for in a vehicle, a baggie with a charging cord and many receipts in it, a large amount of change, and money of multiple denominations that were crumpled up and disorganized. Law enforcement located and searched the Defendant’s car and located two social security cards that belonged to J. A. As well as two checks written to JM Carpeting for $604.10 and $444.95. The JM carpeting checks were taken from a vehicle located at 122xx Walnut Dr belonging to J. M. J. M. Did not give the Defendant permission to enter the vehicle and take the checks.
These social security cards were determined to be taken from a car in a driveway at 121xx Walnut Dr in Rogers belonging to J. A. J. A. Did not give permission to the Defendant to enter his car and take the checks. Law enforcement also located cereal boxes in the Defendant’s car that were taken from a vehicle in the driveway located at 221xx Elm Parkway in Rogers and the owner T. J. Did not give permission for the Defendant to be in her car or to take the cereal. Two of the receipts had the name of K. S. On them.
K. S.’s said those receipts were in his vehicle that was entered into without permission at 223XX Red Oak Drive in Rogers. Law enforcement spoke to J. H. Who resides at 215XX Evergreen Trail in Rogers. J. H. Told law enforcement a pair of Sony Headphones were taken from his car parked on his driveway without permission. Law enforcement confirmed the Sony headphones located on the Defendant were the same ones reported as stolen by J. H. Law enforcement met with T. E. Who resides at 219XX Elm Parkway in Rogers.
T. E. Told law enforcement that his Ford F-150 was entered without permission while it was parked on his driveway. T. E. Provided video surveillance to law enforcement which shows the Defendant entering T. E.’s vehicle. T. E. Told law enforcement a knife and a multi-tool were stolen from the vehicle. Law enforcement met with K. B. Who resides at 123XX Red Oak Court in Rogers. K. B. Told law enforcement that her son’s vehicle was entered without permission and a pair of binoculars were stolen. Law enforcement confirmed that the binoculars found on the Defendant were the same binoculars that were reported as stolen from her son’s vehicle.
